On Feb 14, Valentine's Day, we are hosting a pre-party at Johnny B's for only $5, leading up to our larger event on the 17th. This pre-party is a chance to spend Valentine's Day dancing together and to showcase DJs and producers in our Ripple of Love crew that you haven't heard before, spinning sexy, bassy, heady music. Yes, ROL is having a bass night. We aim to highlight all the DJs and producers in our community, especially those who attend our events. This Valentine's Day, we are introducing a new DJ/Producer in the area, Lucas Paulsen, also known as Uncle Luc, who has recently moved to Medford and has been a part of our events. Most of us are familiar with our friend Jarome Green . Jarome will be moving to Cali soon, so we wanted to get him behind the decks one last time before he leaves. While he hasn't played with ROL yet, he's been a smiling face on the dance floor.
We will begin with our 11:11 OHM, and Andre Fox will play his more grungy alien weird stuff. We'll incorporate a bit of Kosmic Lovers and focus on deep self-love before OHM, reserving the big Kosmic Lovers show for the 17th. We won't have the game going. It won't be blacklight; it will be a sweet, sexy, bassy Vday celebration.
